You will be RENTING this sleep study equipment, NOT buying it.
Once you have received the sleep monitor you have 2 working days to return the monitor to the post office using the pre-paid envelope. Failure to do so will result in additional charges which unfortunately we have to levy as it may delay the availability of testing for other clients. For this reason, it is very important that you keep the return receipt as proof of your postage from the post office.
If the machine is lost or damaged you may be liable for the cost of replacement equipment. Please note: If goods arrive to you visibly damaged, you must refuse to accept the delivery and state this on the delivery note. If you are not sure, inspect the package thoroughly before signing your acceptance. If you sign for the goods (by default accepting them in good condition) and then report any transit damage after that time, no claims for compensation can be accepted.
If you do miss the delivery, you will receive a notification card in your letterbox and you will need to arrange for redelivery. There is no charge for the second attempt, but further attempts will incur a charge and if the delivery is not completed within 4 days the products will be returned to SleepMedics with a charge to pay. Please try to avoid this happening as unfortunately, you may be liable to pay a ‘returned product’ courier charge. Note: PO Box numbers cannot be accepted for delivery addresses.
Sleepmedics are not responsible for any errors or omissions or results and subsequent treatment plans provided if the sleep study is not undertaken in the correct manner and following the instructions provided and if incorrect information is given in the accompanying questionnaire. The treatment plan provided should be used to inform treatment in conjunction with a qualified healthcare professional. If in doubt we recommend you contact us.
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any point before products are dispatched to you.You must do so by notifying us by email giving your full name, address and order details. You still have rights under the Consumer Rights Act for returning faulty goods bought online. Proof of postage should be sufficient evidence of returning goods.
